TERMS OF SERVICE
Version 1.0 · Last updated September 29, 2026. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the BetVoid Android app, the website at betvoid.app, and related services. In these Terms, "BetVoid," "we," and "us" mean the provider of those services. By creating an account or using BetVoid, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
You may use BetVoid only if you are legally able to agree to these Terms where you live. Use your own account, provide accurate information when you register, and keep your sign-in details secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. If you believe someone has accessed it without permission, contact us promptly at support@betvoid.app.
BetVoid helps you set boundaries around gambling. Its Android app checks website domains against a blocking catalog and rules you add. It can also restrict network access for apps you select. Recovery check-ins and support resources are available in the app. These tools can help, but they cannot identify or block every gambling site, app, or route to gambling, and they cannot guarantee a recovery outcome.
Protection uses Android's VPN service to filter traffic on your device. BetVoid is not a service for hiding your identity or changing your location. Android may require you to approve the VPN connection again, and another VPN, Private DNS, a network change, or a change in permissions may interrupt protection. Check the status shown in the app. Android's Always-on VPN and "Block connections without VPN" settings remain under your control; if connection blocking is enabled while no VPN is connected, your device may lose internet access until you restore a working connection.
Strict Mode is an optional commitment you set for a period you choose. While it is active, BetVoid restricts changes that would weaken protection, and you cannot shorten or end the lock within the app. Read the duration and setup steps before you start. Android continues to control system settings, permissions, app data, uninstalling, and device resets. Device Administrator access, when enabled, can add a step before removing BetVoid, but it cannot make protection impossible to remove or bypass.
BetVoid provides recovery tools and links to independent support services. Void AI is an automated assistant whose replies may be incomplete or wrong. Neither BetVoid nor Void AI provides medical care, therapy, financial advice, or emergency help. Do not enter passwords, payment information, or other sensitive details into a chat. If you need urgent help or feel unable to stay safe, contact local emergency or crisis services. Organizations linked from BetVoid run their own services.
Some features require BetVoid Premium. If you subscribe through Google Play, the checkout screen shows the current price, billing period, any trial or introductory offer, and renewal terms before you confirm payment. Google Play processes the purchase. A subscription normally renews until you cancel it. Promotional or trial access, when offered, lasts for the period shown with that offer and may have different conditions.
Manage or cancel a Play subscription through Google Play subscriptions. Uninstalling BetVoid or deleting your BetVoid account does not cancel a Play subscription. After cancellation, access usually continues until the end of the paid period, unless Google Play offers a different option or a refund. Refund requests are handled under Google Play's policies and any rights you have under applicable law. Contact support@betvoid.app if you need help with a BetVoid purchase.
Our Privacy Policy explains what information BetVoid uses, what remains on your device, and what may sync to your account. Please read it alongside these Terms. You can manage your protection choices in the app and request account deletion through Account Settings or our account deletion page.
Use BetVoid lawfully and for its intended purpose. Do not access another person's account without permission, interfere with BetVoid or its security, overload the service, or use it to harm others. You are responsible for the custom rules and information you submit. We may limit access where reasonably necessary to protect users, prevent abuse, or comply with the law.
BetVoid's name, design, software, and content belong to BetVoid or its licensors. We give you a personal, limited, non-exclusive right to use the app and website while you follow these Terms. This does not transfer ownership to you. Do not copy, sell, or distribute BetVoid or use its branding without permission, except where the law or an applicable open-source license allows it.
BetVoid relies on services such as Android and Google Play, and may link to independent support organizations. Those providers control their own services, terms, and privacy practices. We do not control their content or availability. A link in BetVoid is provided to help you find a resource; it does not mean that the organization operates BetVoid or endorses it.
We may update the app, blocking catalog, and features as technology and gambling services change. We work to keep BetVoid available, but internet outages, device settings, third-party services, maintenance, and other events can affect it. We do not promise uninterrupted access or complete blocking. Changes to paid access will be handled in accordance with your purchase terms and applicable law.
You may stop using BetVoid at any time and request deletion of your account. We may suspend or close an account if it is used in breach of these Terms, presents a security risk, or must be restricted by law. Where practical, we will explain the reason. Deleting an account does not cancel a Google Play subscription, and some records may be kept where the law or legitimate security and billing needs require it, as explained in the Privacy Policy.
BetVoid is intended to support your own decisions, not replace them. We cannot promise that protection will catch every gambling opportunity, that the service will always be available, or that automated replies will be accurate. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect losses or for failures caused by services and events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms removes consumer rights or limits responsibility that cannot legally be limited.
We may revise these Terms when BetVoid or the law changes. The version and date at the top of this page show the latest text. Where required, we will give notice or ask for your agreement before a change takes effect. If you do not agree to updated Terms, you may stop using BetVoid and delete your account.
If you have a question, complaint, or concern about BetVoid or these Terms, email support@betvoid.app. We will try to resolve it with you. You may also use any rights or remedies available to you under the law that applies where you live. If any part of these Terms cannot be enforced, the remaining parts continue to apply.
